　　We are seeking an experienced Command, Control, Communications,Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR)Software TestEngineer/Analyst that will organize and lead a small team ofdevelopers incorporating modeling and simulation (M&S) tools along withlive and virtual testing. You will leverage a mix of Government Off the Shelf(GOTS), Commercial off the Shelf (COTS), and custom-developedtools and environments to plan, execute, analyze and report on prototypesystem performance using a Live, Virtual and Constructive (LVC)approach. In this role you will operate in a low-to-high, multi-levelsecurity environment, and will configure the necessary hardware, softwareand data at each level to maximize efficiency and agility while reducingtechnical risk. You will provide technical expertise in C4ISR operations,technology, testing, and tools. You will regularly coordinate with thetechnical leadership of the prototype Original Equipment Manufacturer(OEM) to prepare for effective integration into the LVC test environmentand to plan test events. Finally, you will utilize organizational skills anddemonstrate the ability to work well with others,exercise strong written andoral communication skills, multi-task, and exhibit strong attention todetail and excellent follow-through skills. The salary range is $135,000to $205,000 annually with benefits.
