  The Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) at SEI is growing rapidlyand is seeking new members on our Alternative Investment Funds InvestorServices Team. Our primary goal is to provide exceptional customer service andadministration servicing for our clients' assigned hedge and private equityfun

  What you will do:

  You will be responsible for the oversight of onboarding investors into ourclients' hedge and private equity funds. We need your due diligence andattention to detail to ensure all proper data points and documentation werereceived and inputted correctly at the time of a subscription. Onceinputted, you will be accountable for the review of all relevant data pointsin our contact management system in order to facilitate investor reporting.

  You will be required to adhere to our Anti-Money Laundering policies andprocedures when reviewing all investor transactions. As an Investor ServicesManager, you are responsible for ensuring your team is in compliance withour department's rules and regulations designed to stop the practice ofgenerating income through illegal actions.

  You will need to confirm that your team is monitoring our clients' bankaccounts for investor wire activity on a daily basis. You will also review andsign-off on wire templates created to facilitate investor payments.

  You and your team will generate and reconcile all investor reporting, suchas investor capital statements. Once approved by the client, you will beresponsible for ensuring that the dissemination of this documentation to ourclients' end investors and their contacts via an automated distributionprocess is done accurately.

  You will correspond with investment managers and their investors regardingday-to-day inquiries, including questions on subscription documents andinvestor reporting. Client engagement and a dedication to quality service is amust for success.

  You will conduct performance appraisals, monthly one-on-ones with yoursupervisors and analysts and provide career pathing and training. You willalso ensure staffing requirements are met by assessing resourcerequirements, interviewing candidates and hiring employees. You will provideand foster a team environment to include individual development, promotionsand disciplinary action.

  You will drive technology enhancements by identifying technology gaps,documenting technical requirements, researching potential solutions andimplementing new systems. You will identify risk areas and service gaps whiledocumenting and implementing proposed workflows.

  You will support the new business development and relationship teams forprospect calls, client visits and presentations. You will facilitate theon-boarding of new and converted clients by gathering client requirements,submitting any custom requests and communicating key deliverables to your teammembers.

  Your due diligence and attention to detail during the review process will bekey to your team's success while striving for error free processing.

  What we need from you:

  BA / BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics orequivalent professional experience.

  Minimum of 5 years experience in financial services operations; alternativesexperience preferred.

  Minimum 2 of years experience in supervisor role.

  Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.

  The self-motivation, organization and drive to complete multiple clientdeliverables in a timely manner without sacrificing excellence or quality.

  Strong written and verbal communication skills as you will primarily supportyour clients through email and/o phone calls.

  Strong customer service skills as you will be communicating daily with yourclients and other service providers.
