　　Senior Business Systems Analyst – Transfer Agency

　　A freight service company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Transfer Agency for a contract role. As a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Transfer Agency, you will play a key role in analyzing, designing, and implementing effective systems solutions to enhance our Transfer Agency operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, and drive projects to successful completion. 　　Responsibilities of Senior Business Systems Analyst – Transfer Agency

　　Conduct in-depth analysis of Transfer Agency business processes and user needs.

　　Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements for system enhancements and projects.

　　Design and propose efficient and effective solutions aligned with business objectives.

　　Manage projects related to Transfer Agency systems, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

　　Analyze and interpret data to provide valuable insights into business trends.

　　Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to system requirements, design, and processes.

　　Requirements

　　Skills/Qualifications of Senior Business Systems Analyst – Transfer Agency

　　Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional certifications in business analysis or project management are a plus.

　　5+years’ experience as a Business Analyst

　　Significant experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a focus on Transfer Agency operations in the financial services sector.

　　Strong technical skills and familiarity with relevant technologies and industry-specific software.

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.

　　Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex business challenges.

　　Project management experience, with a track record of successful project delivery.

　　Solid understanding of Transfer Agency processes, regulations, and industry best practices.

　　Hybrid; Available onsite up to three days
