Description:

　　Performs all testing of raw materials and finished products, providing technical support to production andmanagement within the scope of training levels.

　　Observes and obtains samples from running product to check for customer specifications; maintains recordsand logs of tests, audits, and other quality procedures to ensure availability of accurate and thorough

　　information; collects and reports production data to management on a daily shift basis.

　　Review and approval of batch records, product files, quality control data, and Certificates of Analysis for thepurposes of product release; reviews job orders and quality check sheets

　　Provide training to all production employees on quality standards and procedures; documents employee qualitytraining records when necessary.

　　Provides assistance to manufacturing personnel regarding quality problems.Skills:

　　6:00 Am – 2:30 Pm

　　2:30Pm – 10:40 Pm or until production is done.

　　8:00 Pm – 4:00 Am

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　high school diploma

　　1yr food safety experience

　　Will consider candidates that have food of any kind to include fast food if they also have some manufacturing and quality experience

　　Ideally want someone that understands food grade product rules and storage

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills as documentation is a large part of the role

　　the ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure, meet deadlines, present in a professional demeanor and work independently and on a team
