　　Responsibilities

　　Lead the delivery of quality patient care and adherence to policies, procedures and therapy protocols.

　　Actively participate in the process of monitoring, guiding and evaluating staff performance.

　　Contribute to efficient operations by assisting with coordinating activities, prioritizing workflow and promoting decision-making and problem solving.

　　Perform the duties of an occupational therapist.

　　Provide consultation for and/or management of patients requiring complex or advanced treatment.

　　Serve as a positive role model for staff and patients by working with them to promote teamwork and cooperation.

　　Requirements

　　Licensure / Certification / Registration:

　　• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American HeartAssociation or American Red Cross accepted.

　　Rehab Therapist specializing in Occupational Therapy (OTR) credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

　　Education:

　　Bachelor's degree required.

　　Master's degree preferred.

　　Work Experience:

　　1 year of experience required.Additional Preferences

　　Education: Master's degree in Occuaptional Tehrapy is highly preferred
