Description

　　Leidos Health and Civil Sector has an immediate opening for a Senior Business Operations Finance Manager to join our Health Solution Operation team. In this role, you will serve as the financial leader for the Federal Health Solutions Division. This division’s portfolio includes a variety of health IT programs that spans from electronic health records for the DoD to prescription drug processing for the VA. The division is focused on growth, and currently competing for multiple large new business opportunities with the VA and other government health related agencies.

　　Primary Responsibilities:

　　Responsible for the overall financial performance of the division and management of the team of finance professionals within it

　　Forecasting the income statement, balance sheet, indirect expense/rates, and other key financial metrics through establishment for the Annual Operating Plan, monthly/quarterly outlooks, and other reporting rhythms

　　Leading month-end closing activities for the division and financial results reporting including variance analysis

　　Supporting new business captures and on-contract-growth activities, working closely with business development, capture management, and pricing organizations to development competitive pricing strategies, business cases, and winning proposals

　　Coordinating program business rhythms and deliverables for the division including for Estimate at Completion (EACs), quarterly financial status reviews (QFSR), and monthly and quarterly business reviews (IPR, QPR).

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience in finance operation.

　　4 years of prior experience in leading or supervising a team and project.

　　Strong hands-on knowledge of financial forecasting, indirect expense analysis, variance analysis and periodic financial review.

　　US citizenship is required.

　　Pay Range:

　　Pay Range $108,550.00 - $196,225.00
