   SUMMARY

  Financial Finesse is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager with innate, multi-tasking, problem-solving and strategic thinking skills that will enable them to work with recordkeepers, DCIOs, advisors, banks, PEOs, etc. to design and sell large-scale, customized financial wellness programs. For this role, we are looking for someone to focus their time on fostering and deepening relationships with recordkeepers, retirement plan advisory organizations, banks and DCIOs through business development and client success.

  We are B2B2C. For PoweredBy clients, our customized programs 'power' our client's financial wellbeing including integration of relevant client products and services, to enhance relevance and utilization, and ultimately drive better employee engagement and financial wellness outcomes. End users have access to our digital solution including our proprietary, open-architecture virtual financial coach, Aimee™ (artificial intelligence motiving employees everywhere) and/or our elite team of Certified Financial Planner™ professionals through multiple channels. Completely unbiased, with no sales pitch, our team of Financial Planners work with people from every financial situation on various matters from debt and budgeting to retirement and estate planning. Not only is free access to an unbiased Financial Planner a unique service, but we have proven, behavior-changing results that have a positive impact on people's lives.

  Being on the PoweredBy team means that you have the ability to be creative, work both externally with prospects and "internally" with clients. The role will never get dull. It is multi-faceted and always changing thus needing someone that is comfortable in the grey, an excellent communicator, able to prioritize and manage multiple projects, and is the ultimate team player.

  The Senior Business Development Manager position is based remotely, with some in-person meetings required. Our headquarters are in El Segundo, CA.

   RESPONSIBILITIES Initiate new sales targeting medium to large sized accounts (>250,000 covered lives). Manage sales process, with the PoweredBy team, from sourcing leads to contracting. Lead business development efforts across our PoweredBy division Network, cultivate and foster strategic business relationships with senior-level executives and other key stakeholders to generate interest, pipeline opportunities and new business. Work to understand the prospect's buying process including needs/goals, budget, timeline, building relationships with decision-makers, champions, and influencers. Understand, review, and analyze client's business needs and goals as they pertain to strategic goals & financial wellness strategy and work "internally" with the client to continue to build and develop the business. Collaborate across cross-functional internal teams to develop solutions for prospects and advance them through the sales process. Mentor team members This position may require 30%+ travel. EXPERIENCE Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, preferably subscription-based models and/or professional services environment selling to recordkeepers, advisors or peripheral industry. A self-motivated, driven individual who is goal oriented and able to take ownership of assigned industries to develop strong, long-term relationships. Must be a self-starter, imaginative, and creative with strong communication skills and strong sales skills. Comfortable managing multiple and changing priorities, and meeting deadlines in an entrepreneurial environment. Existing network in industry highly preferred. You have tremendous amount of it. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  The total compensation includes a $120,000 base salary with quarterly and annual bonuses (typically between 10-20% and up to 25%, respectively), resulting in a total of up to $172,500. Additional financial opportunities exist through cash-based profit sharing and through equity plans, and we offer a full comprehensive benefits package and 401k matching.
