We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with Advanced French to join our Business Analysis and Product Management Discipline.

　　What You'll Do Elicitation of requirements by applying a suitable technique Definition of business goals, needs, and objectives when needed and ensuring that features are aligned with them Analysis of a current state (As-Is) as well as impact analysis (To-Be) and gaps identification Development of various types of requirements (user, functional, non-functional, system) based on business needs and documenting them (i.e., Epics, Use Cases, User Stories) Understanding project scope using analysis techniques like functional decomposition Collaboration with stakeholders, building trust and keeping them involved, i.e., SMEs or Development Team Onsite visits to customer location and activities facilitation during the Discovery phase Product Backlog management Taking on the Scrum Master or Product Owner role, if needed, to enable team capabilities Conducting Technical Interviews for BA positions Mentoring and coaching other BAs in the organization Advising and aligning requirements prioritization approach What You Have

　　At least 3 years of relevant BA experience French and English at least B2. Ability to support any communication channels with customers and write high-quality texts Must have experience in Azure Cloud Migration or similar cloud technology projects OR experience in collection requirements in accounting, invoicing, posting balances to general ledger is required: (AP, AR, Billing, Ideally including 'Duty') Experience in creating and organizing different types of requirements (ex. trace functional and business requirements) Experience in guiding elicitation activities and presenting results.
