　　The position is to cover the role of Business Analyst. You will be joining a global team of engineers and analysts; you will design and build products to provide innovative solutions to delight your customers. We want you to help take us to the next level!

　　Your Responsibilities

　　Support the business department in collecting, analyzing, prioritizing, and testing customer and user requirements;

　　Transferring the functional requirements into corresponding epics and user stories.

　　Participating and work according to team best practices;

　　Perform gap analysis and suggest solutions;

　　Positively challenge all team members on how the products and processes can be improved;

　　Evaluate and refine the upcoming tasks within the team.

　　Your Skills and Experiences

　　Degree in an information technology area or proven experience;

　　Experience as a product owner, business analyst, or similar role in an agile software development environment;

　　Ability to analyze and solve problems with a view to the ecosystem as a whole;

　　Ability to see through even complex contexts, to penetrate them and trace them back to their core, and to make them easily accessible to third parties;

　　Open-mindedness towards new methods and an agile mindset, but most importantly, willingness to learn;

　　Good English written and oral communication skills;

　　Excellent listening, interpersonal, and communication skills in both technical and user-friendly language;

　　Enjoyment of teamwork and the need to improve good things even further.
