　　Job Summary and Qualifications

　　The Net Accounts Receivable (AR) Team Lead, will monitor inventory and daily workflow to ensure AR is stated accurately and adjusting accounts to ensure Accounts Receivable (AR) is stated accurately. This will require reimbursement, collections, government, managed care, billing and denials knowledge as well as strong analytical skills and the proficient use of multiple systems.

　　What you will do in this role:

　　Coordinate Net AR activities to ensure that AR is stated appropriately for all payers.

　　Address contract/net revenue administration issues with other departments and leadership.

　　Perform comprehensive analysis of Net AR Inventory to ensure performance goals are reached.

　　Monitor accounts and identify patterns that could be addressed through the Net AR process.

　　Review and provide contractual accrual support on high dollar accounts at month end to ensure net revenue is estimated appropriately.

　　Assist and provide feedback on internal and external audits due to net revenue adjustments.

　　What qualifications you will need:

　　High school diploma or GED preferred, Bachelor’s degree preferred

　　2 years of related experience required

　　Proven ability to manage project work

　　Understanding of medical finance, managed care contracting, and business office/claims required.
