POSITION SUMMARY:To be fully engaged in providing Quality/No Harm, Customer Service and Stewardship by providing solution driven services that consistently exceed our customers’ expectations and support the corporate objectives of Health First. The IT Services Senior Business Analyst works directly with the business owner to elicit the needs of the business and stakeholders across the requirements lifecycle. The Sr. Business Solution Analyst should possess analytical thinking and problem solving skills, business knowledge and communication skills. This associate is typically responsible for more complex and broader projects that spans the IDN and has the technical as well as resource knowledge to deliver the solution. 　　QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

　　Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field and 3 years’ experience in Healthcare Information Technology or business analysis.In lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree, a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in Healthcare Information Technology or business analysis is required.Ability to work professionally and effectively with team members, vendors and the user community.Expertise in business and systems analysis and design in a technical environment.CCBA or CBAP is desired, but not required.Knowledge of project management practices.Expertise of BABOK best practices required.Ability to work and maintain composure in an often stressful environment.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
