Description

　　Robert Half Legal is filling another role with a repeat client, a national law firm with an office in Newport Beach.

　　This attorney will handle product liability cases for a major auto manufacturer's lawsuits in the US:

　　provide analysis and case work up

　　develop and draft discovery responses

　　work with the client to obtain necessary documents and information needed

　　review materials for production

　　meet and confer

　　assist in motion work

　　This is similar to an in-house position (just that one client's matters!) and this position does not appear in court.

　　• Billable requirement: 1900

　　• Software: Lexis for research. Juris for timekeeping. iManage for case management. CompuLaw and Outlook for calendaring.

　　Requirements

　　2+ years of civil litigation experience (bonus points for product liability, lemon law, or insurance defense experience).

　　Strong discovery skills

　　Ability to commute to Newport Beach 2x/week.

　　CA bar license
