Agile and willing to take action, you stay calm under pressure!Your TeamThe Senior Business Analyst for Cardiology will be responsible for supporting multiple large-scale projects concurrently related to software, data infrastructure, and process development, including development of requirements, testing plans and process documents.What you'll be doingWorking with Revenue Cycle Management, Product Management, Finance and IT ensures that needs of key stakeholders are analyzed and clearly specified.Collects, analyzes and verifies requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.Translates conceptual user requirements into functional requirements / technical specifications in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.Working with the business leaders, develop process documentation and work instructions.Executes testing plan to identify functionality or data issues prior to implementation.Supports the technical team with preparation of documents for regulatory compliance and implementation.Support the project manager in completing project plan tasks, managing team / stakeholder expectations for timeline and deliverables, drafting stakeholder communications and meeting project milestones.Other duties, as assigned.What you'll bringBS/BA degree required with focus on Software Engineering, Project Management, Business Improvement, Finance or Business5+ years of experience required with Business Analyst / Project Analyst roles with demonstrable evidence of successfully partnering with customers and achieving shared goals and outcomes.Prior experience working on projects for software development and integrations.Solid understanding of software development methodologies and process.Proven experience building, maintaining and leveraging strategic and cross-functional relationships through effective communication and collaborative leadership.Proven track record of analytical ability, operational excellence and detail orientation.Strong collaboration, stakeholder management and communication skills-including verbal, written, negotiation and overcoming objections.Advanced analytical and creative problem-solving skills.Logical and efficient, wi
