Job Requirements:
Some of the job requirements are Consumer and Customer understanding. Channel especially Ecomm, Modern Trade understanding, network management, ability to analyse and take plans to completion, liaising with finance, supply chain, branches and all other support functions, independent thinking & owners' mindset on portfolio.
Here is how your day at Unilever would look like:Strong Network Management: Being able to independently run pack networks, in collaboration with R&D, SUIT, Factory, SC to make sure that the new packs land OTIFCross Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as R&D, SC, Suit Finance & CMI, to ensure seamless network operations.Portfolio Management: Work with respective CM partners for GT, MT & E-Comm to create effective plans on overall portfolio management.Market Insights: Develop an in-depth understanding of regional markets and consumers leading the communication.Media Plans: Work with media teams and other stakeholders to deploy effective communication for Vim across traditional and new-age media platforms.Data Management: Track and report the overall portfolio, including sales data (daily sales report) & Make/Supply Chain data & stock reports.Key Skills & Requirement:Master's degree within Marketing or Business Administration.3-6 years of experience in marketing or marketing servicesUnderstands customers and shoppers.Experience in conceptualising and landing media marketing campaigns for both TV/NTVThe candidate should display very high Bias for action, stakeholder management, global mindset, consumer centricity & project management skills.
