Execute basic and advanced diagnostic and repair work on all aspects of Teslaproduct lineWork independently and as a team to drive maximum repair efficiencyProvide feedback to Tesla design and engineering teams directly to enablecontinuous improvement of repair procedures and productsParticipate with a collaborative, inclusive, and respectful attitude in anever-changing environmentEnjoy your company supplied laptop to support diagnostics and provide onlinetraining opportunitiesOperate a variety of top-of-the-line hand, power, and shop toolsDetail and document repairs accurately and consistentlyInspect and maintain shop equipment and request replacement as requiredPartner with other teams to ensure delivery of an exceptional product bycleaning and detailing vehicles as neededAssist with onboarding and training new technicians to help upskill theteamWhat You'll Bring
Automotive Service Technicians License, or desire to become TechnicianApprentice through provincial schooling (Canada only)Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and processes and to adapt tochangeAbility to innovate, solve complex issues, and present new ideasAbility to follow verbal and written instructions with attention to detailProven ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, organizeworkload, and meet deadlinesSection 609 Refrigerant handling certification preferredExperience working in a team-based environment and achieving common goalsEvidence of a "safety first" attitudeBasic command of the English or French (Canada Only) languageBasic computer skills including navigating web browsers and standardapplications like Excel and WordMust have a valid driver's license in country of employmentCompensation and Benefits

Expected Compensation
$20.00 - $55.00/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, includingmarket location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Thetotal compensation package for this position may also include other elementsdependent on the position offered.
