To support Ukrainian businesses in all internal and external processes related to: sales, marketing, data analytics, promotion, training & education, reporting, compliance, BCS requests, business trips arrangements, logistics, CRM (Customer Relations Management) systems, customer service and regulatory tasks by active involvement into all relevant workflow projects, issues and concepts.
A Day in the Life
Collaborates with sales teams in all marketing activities and supports marketing programs implementation by performing localization of communication packages, data analysis, VOM (Voice of Market) follow-ups, new product launches etc.
Arranges logistics and required materials presence during relevant conferences, exhibitions, live broadcasts, symposiums, hand-on sessions etc.
Actively monitors online tender databases for the determination of potential sales opportunities
Submits training and education requests into BCS (Business Comeback Standard) system based on requests from business according to internal legal and compliance standards
Inputs contacts and camping data into internal CRM system
Supports sales teams in training & education, business trips, monthly reports and campaign close-ups
Assures alignment and close collaboration with other local functional structures such as finance, regulatory, quality, compliance and legal
Facilitates in local medical devices registration in cooperation with Regulatory department
Assures alignment with Regional Market Development strategy
Must Haves
Pursuing a degree in higher education
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Fluent in Ukrainian
Very good knowledge of MS Windows and Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
Analytical skills to understand local markets and customers’ needs
Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects
Ability to work independently
Very good customer service skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of the organization

Start date:February onwards.
Duration: 6 months
Working hours: 30 h/week with flexibility (exams and holiday period)
Working model: hybrid (at least 3 days in the office)
