At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role typically rangesbetween $84,000 and $101,000. This position has an annual target bonus of 10%.
Position responsibilities include but not limited to:* Collaborate with the Benefits team to administer all aspects of employeebenefits programs, including health, welfare, retirement, leave ofabsence, relocation, and reimbursement plans.* Research and resolve employee inquiries related to benefits policies andprocedures.* Evaluate and implement new benefits initiatives and programs. Developrecommendations for enhancing current benefits and procedures. Keep benefitscommunication materials, policies, and procedures up to date.* Conduct benefits orientation sessions for new employees. Review and updatebenefits orientation materials in accordance with plan changes.* Review and reconcile monthly benefit enrollments with invoices to ensureaccuracy and timely payment processing.* Support open enrollment activities, including systems testing, employeeeducation/meetings, presentation development/facilitation (includingcrafting employee communications), and vendor management.* Assist and promote Leprino s wellness program, including but not limitedto, biometric screenings, flu shot clinics and communication campaignmaterials for all Leprino locations.* Administer Leprino s leave program in collaboration with the third-partyadministrator, providing guidance to employees, preparing payrollcalculations, and assisting in policy development and implementation.* Manage relocations for new employees and transfers. Liaise with TalentAcquisition, third-party vendor, and employees throughout the process.* Administer adoption and education reimbursement plans, including thetracking and reporting of the payback process.* Serve as a subject-matter-expert on federal, state, and local lawsgoverning employee benefits administration. Stay abreast of market trends andregulatory updates, including emerging and new legislation, providingrecommendations on potential enhancements and changes necessary for compliance.
- - You Have At Least (Required Qualifications): -* Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or relevantfield, or equivalent work experience.* Minimum 5 years of experience in health, welfare, and retirement planadministration.* Strong understanding of employee benefits principles and practices.* Proven project management and vendor management experience.* Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.* Proficient verbal and written communication skills.* Demonstrates diligence, strong initiative, and self-management skills.* Ability to work independently and in a team environment as appropriate.* Ability to analyze and interpret policy and procedural questions, drawconclusions, and make effective recommendations.* Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and theability to prioritize work.* Strong follow-through skills and the ability to be the driving force behindthe completion of multiple benefit projects including timely issue resolution.* Ability to manage sensitive information in a confidential manner.* CEBS designation or other HR certification is a plus.Equal Employment Opportunity/M/F/disability/protected veteran status
