A Senior AVAC and refrigeration technician is responsible for maintaining all refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment and installations in good working condition by carrying out necessary repairs and preventive maintenance

　　What will I be doing?

　　As a Senior AVAC and refrigeration tecnician, you are responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

　　Diagnose and repair climatization systems with a focus on VRV, refrigeration and AVAC systems.Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.Identify and solve complex problems in air conditioning and AVAC systems.Ensure quality and safety in all tasks assigned.Provide technical support and guidance to the team of junior technicians.Interacting with customers, providing solutions and clarifying queries.Follows all safety rules and regulations in job, departmental procedures and instructionsCarries out all other tasks assigned to him.In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the company.

　　Able to read Building, Air-conditioning, Refrigeration and Electrical drawingsAble to fault find and repair air-conditioning, refrigeration and building control systems. Good electrical knowledgeKnowledge of BMS systems.Experience of reciprocating Chillers and Air handling plant and cold roomsFamiliar with planned Preventive Maintenance and Safety programmesFlexible and team player – able to work on own initiativeGood understanding of water treatment techniques and able to handle chemicalsMakes periodic inspection tours to check all refrigeration equipment functioning properlyCarries out guest room maintenance according to schedule programmeWorks closely with electrician to carry out electrical work when required, including functions and partiesDaily refrigeration log sheet to be filled and temperature to be recordedWorks closely with peers to assist in their jobKeeps all necessary tools in good working condition, keep their working place neat and cleanAttains all departmental meetings and training classesWhat are we looking for?
