　　CLA is currently seeking a Senior - Partnership Capital Consulting to join ourPartnership Capital Consulting practice.

　　How you'll create opportunities in this Senior - Partnership CapitalConsulting role:As a member of the Partnership Capital Consulting team, work in a teamsetting on complex partnership transactions, preparation of IRC Section704(b) and inside tax capital accounts, tracking and allocations of IRC704(c) built-in gains and losses.Keep team and client informed of engagement progress and issues encountered.Keep up to date with new federal tax developments.Ability to scope projects with project leaders.

　　What you will need:You have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field2+ years' of experience performing partnership compliance, anunderstanding of accounting methods, and creation of tax basis balance sheets.Eligible to sit for the CPA exam preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Alteryx experience is preferred.

　　The wage range for this position is: $101,000 - $180,000

　　Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, andknowledge may impact position of pay within the range.
