  The Senior Associate IT Service Management Specialist is a senior member of the IT service management team focused on key deliverables of the service. Provides technical direction to the team and works with other BT teams to integrate process procedures into their functions. Interacts with technology Directors and VPs. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

  Responsibilities

  Works in partnership with Business Technology teams to support technical teams

  Assists in the creation and delivery of presentation materials for communicating the team’s objectives to the broader organization

  Acts as a product specialist for the Technology Innovation internal ideation platform

  Engages with stakeholders of varying skill levels to enable innovation across the organization.

  Responsible for using principles to understand customer situations and create solutions.

  Responsible for maintaining the quality of IT services.

  Minimum Qualifications

  At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:

  Associates Degree in Computer Science or related

  2+ years of experience in IT Services or related

  In lieu of a degree, 4+ years of experience in IT Services or related

  Preferred Qualifications

  Bonus Points If You Have:

  Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related

  4+ years of experience in IT Services or related

  ITIL Certification

  Working knowledge of Jira or similar work management tool

  Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills

  Project planning or organization skills

  Compensation:

  The base pay for this position generally ranges between $58,500.00 to $90,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
