About the role:
The WeWork People Program Management team strives to create and deliver consistent service and support across people process, operations, and program management. The person in this role must be able to effectively engage and influence employees, managers, and leaders at all levels. They will partner with People team leaders to create, implement, and optimize people initiatives.
Responsibilities
Serve as the Workday business process expert across various HCM processes
Provide day to day People Operations support including troubleshooting issues and serving as the escalation point for process and systems issues.
Perform operational duties required to keep processes running consistently such as learning campaign creation and reporting
Provide support in people team initiatives including documenting business requirements, testing, documentation, training, user adoption and change management.
Assist in managing multiple concurrent projects that require inputs from cross-functional stakeholders
Manage and escalate project risks and issues as appropriate, and establish success metrics for projects and ensure performance is tracked and measured
Support on people team prioritization process across all people team functions
Provide HRIS support through managing our ticketing system across multiple platforms
Participate in system updates and enhancement projects
Ensure data quality and integrity by performing regular maintenance and system audits
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources or related field is required
2+ years of general HR Operations, People Operations experience
Knowledge of MS Excel including pivot tables, V-lookups, and chart creation
Experience in HR project management, working on projects that impacted the employee lifecycle
Proactive and able to organize and prioritize with limited guidance; work independently or within teams, and meet deadlines
Genuine excitement and passion for leading root cause analysis, troubleshooting technical process failures, and implementing fixes to operationalize a process
Experience in improving and identifying issues in processes, suggesting user focused improvements, and navigating/influencing cross-functional teams to drive these changes
Exceptional attention to detail and solid time management
A welcoming and helpful attitude with high level of creativity, flexibility and openness to change
Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay: $56,250 - $75,000
Incentive Compensation: WeWork employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan specific to their role. Your recruiter will detail what incentive plan is applicable to this specific role. WeWork incentive plans are subject to the terms of the applicable incentive compensation plan, which will be made available to you after commencing employment. WeWork reserves the right to amend its incentive plans, and nothing in this job requisition or any other document creates a right to a specific incentive plan payment.
Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for comprehensive benefits (subject to the terms of applicable plans/policies/agreements, which will be made available to you after commencing employment), including 20 days of PTO, approximately 10 paid holidays, 80 hours of paid sick leave, 16 weeks paid parental leave, competitive healthcare benefits, Life & AD&D insurance.
