Review and provide options on renovations, annual operating, capital plans, and performance. Administrate real estate ownership and lease structures. Identify areas of opportunity by benchmarking and analyzing hotel- and portfolio-level financial data. Negotiate key legal documents, including loan agreements, service contracts, leases, purchase and sale agreements. Act as the main point of contact for design teams, project managers, architectures, and construction group related to renovations. Monitor, analyze, and track capital expenditure and property cash-flow documents. Liaise with property owners and property leadership team. Analyze monthly ownership reports to create ad-hoc reports. Prepare annual hold/sell analysis for review by worship group. Maintain the asset management reporting systems. Contribute to client-specific reports and presentations. Maintain knowledge of hotel and tourism trends. 10% domestic travel required.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Finance, Business, Hotel Finance, Hospitality Studies, or a related field, and two (2) years of related work experience.Must have any amount of experience or knowledge with/in:• Hotel operations or hotel real estate asset management;• Hospitality construction management;• Applying understanding of revenue management and opening hotels’ strategies to optimize revenue streams;• Understanding of hotel financials;• Analyzing operational performance to identify or recommend areas of opportunity;• Performing budgeting, forecasting and capital planning;• Creating client-specific documentation, including reports, presentations, and complex analytical modeling; and• Understanding hotel financials, including financial modeling and logistics of hospitality related real estate investments..
