　　This position is based in Arlington, VA.

　　PLUS is looking for a Senior Associate to join its growing Digital Ads team. The ideal candidate will have some experience trafficking digital advertising placements on platforms like Facebook or Google, a familiarity with basic KPI’s for digital campaigns, and an eagerness to learn and expand their capabilities.

　　Your day in this position may include:

　　Trafficking video, display, and search campaigns across a number of digital channels, ensuring error free set-up and optimized delivery for client projects.

　　Managing performance for active campaigns, minding pacing, user reach, and campaign specific KPI performance.

　　Collaborating with the broader digital advertising team on performance goals, campaign planning, and creative testing.

　　Requirements

　　This job may be for you, if you:

　　Have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.

　　Have a meticulous attention to detail with the ability to deliver consistent, error-free ad implementation.

　　Have a positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.

　　Are able to hit tight deadlines while juggling multiple requests and projects.

　　What we require:

　　At least 1 year of relevant digital advertising experience. Past agency experience is a plus!

　　Familiarity with some digital advertising platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, or DoubleClick Manager.

　　Proficiency in Excel with an understanding of basic formulas to deliver error-free, scalable work.
