Job Description:

　　POSITION OVERVIEW:

　　Provides technical direction to a team of Architects and design personnel engaged in all phases of a medium-sized architectural project or several smaller projects. ​RESPONSIBILITES:

　　Responsible for the technical excellence of the architectural tasks and analyses performed, and for on-schedule completion within or below budget in accordance with contractual obligations.

　　Reviews project documents for technical accuracy and conducts in-field reviews of project quality to ensure adherence to project plan.

　　EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

　　• Degree qualification in relevant field.

　　• 20+ years’ experience.

　　• Member of recognized international professional body.

　　• Experience in delivering complex projects in excess of 50 million USD in a similar role.

　　• Good communicator.

　　SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:

　　Requires proficiency in the application of architectural design standards, practices, techniques, and concepts.

　　Proficiency in CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with architectural design is also required, as well as demonstrated leadership capabilities and strong presentation skills
