JOB REQUIREMENTS: What you will do: As part of JCI\'s ongoing andexciting digital transformation strategy, as a Director of CMC NetworkInfrastructure you will work with the wider global network and IT teams,business partners, IT leadership and managed service vendors to manage,maintain and own the physical and logical Network and securityinfrastructure for our Customer Monitoring center locations in Johnsoncontrols. The role will be responsible for developing, leading anddriving a global high performance team focused on continuous network andsecurity infrastructure delivery and upgrades , maintenance andoperational activities including business demand management for networkservices, incident and change management, network security design andcompliance, quoting and security infrastructure budgets, equipmentordering, scheduling, security device upgrades, operational handover,vendor management, SLA management, Asset management and regular KPIreporting to Network, IT and business leadership. This role will managea global team of network engineers and vendors in supporting our networkinfrastructure . In addition, he/she/they will provide reporting ,direction and influential leadership to others within their functionalarea. He/She/they will have responsibility for managing contractresources and balancing the staffing between FTEs and Contractors basedon demand.
