Introduction

　　In the role of Storage Developer, you would be responsible for Designing and development of individual product features for IBM Spectrum Fusion family of storage products on both Hardware (HCI) and Software (SDS) Platforms. You will work with the senior technical leaders and manager in effectively managing the deliverables through his technical skills and prior experience.

　　Your Role and Responsibilities

　　In the role of Storage Developer, you would be responsible for Designing and development of individual product features for IBM Spectrum Fusion family of storage products on both Hardware (HCI) and Software (SDS) Platforms. This role also needs a deep understanding of Openshift data foundation platform. Red Hat OpenShift Data Foundation is a highly integrated collection of cloud storage and data services for Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform. It is available as part of the Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform Service Catalog, packaged as an operator to facilitate simple deployment and management.

　　You will work with the senior technical leaders and manager in effectively managing the deliverables through their technical skills and prior experience. It is good to have Disaster recovery and storage appliance knowlegde along with any AI data platform experience

　　Required Technical and Professional Expertise

　　5 - 12 years of industry experience in Golang, C or C++ Proven experience of S/W development process & tools for product development/debugging using Golang, C or python.

　　Proven knowledge of working in Client-Server architecture.

　　Good problem-solving skills for complex issues with interdependencies across multiple modules

　　Knowledge and hand-on usage of code and defect management tools.

　　Ability to meticulously plan and detail test executions and identifying dependencies.

　　Good written/verbal communication skills to report program status crisply and accurately.

　　Experience working with Global teams.

　　Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

　　Good understanding of Virtualization (KVM, VMWare), Container technologies (e.g. Kubernetes, Docker)

　　Good understanding of Storage FC/iSCSI/SCSI, IP Storage, Disk technologies - SSD, HDD, Cloud Storage.

　　Good understanding of Openshift Data foundation platform along with disaster recovery capabilities.

　　Good understanding of any data AI platform
