　　 JOB SUMMARY

　　As t he Sr. Analytics Manager , Customer Development , one is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the company's data pipelines and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL, and data visualization. Required to be proficient in Big Query, SQL, Python, and other programming languages . The individual will be involved in the entire journey from understanding the right business problems to the finding the right solutions and delivering it

　　The key responsibilities for Sr. Analytics Manager , Customer Development will be :

　　 Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain the company's data pipelines and analytics solutions. Expertise in data modelling, build and manage data pipelines. Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and define data models. Implement data quality checks and monitoring procedures. Develop and deploy data visualizations . W ell versed with database development standards, implementation of data warehouses and data analytical systems Collaborate with other engineers and data scientists to build and maintain the company's data infrastructure. Stay up to date on the latest data technologies and trends . K nowledge on IDP Should be able to analyse, plan & define data architecture, framework for reference data, metadata, and master data. Implement data governance policies . Qualifications: 8 + years of experience in data engineering or a related field. Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL, and data visualization. Proficient in Big Query, Azure SQL, Python, and other programming languages. Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Excellent problem-solving , analytical skills and critical thinking mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and presentation skills . Trusted Partner : Operationally manage the on-ground partnership with external partners, program managers and CD excellence teams Own the core data platform and ensure right fit technology outcomes. Enable low cost quick POCs to establish business case with Product owners and program managers. Technology Ownership : Manage end to end delivery IT . Support design of architecture in partnership with internal & external architects. Ensure Agile & Devops practices are leveraged and adopted. Manage support operations and improvements journey. Integration with different streams, global teams and external partners: Engagement with product partners & service providers to bring outside-in view Vendor management across various vendors to manage talents and technologies at the best cost Governance & People: Manage a team of internal and external team members; ensure well-being, development & motivation, while ensuring delivery of CRs and BAU operations of the assigned areas Ensure proper governance structure is followed across all stakeholders.
