As a Senior Analyst, you will interact with business stakeholders to assess the requirements, provide reports and meaningful metrics. 　　What you'll do on a typical day: Work with clients to understand the business issue and meet the reporting need(s)

　　Run complex HR analysis using data warehouse cubes

　　Build and analyze audit reports to ensure HR data is accurate and up-to-date

　　Build and maintain the PowerBI dashboards, using Power Apps, and any other system integration ( Cornerstone, Successfactor...)

　　Continuously research, analyze and improve the existing reports to build process efficiency

　　Automate, standardize, schedule and publish key reports in SuccessFactors to help the business with data and insights

　　What you need to succeed at GXO:

　　At a minimum, you'll need: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Human Resources or related field

　　3 years of applicable analysis and/or reporting experience

　　Strong proficiency in Excel, and SQL

　　Strong consulting skills including proven ability to build strong working relationships across internal teams

　　Ability to work independently under tight deadlines in a rapidly changing environment

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex data, analysis, and insights in a clear, executive-ready, easy to digest, and actionable way

　　It'd be great if you also have: Proficiency in SuccessFactors, CornerStone, PowerBI
