　　The Role

　　The Senior Business Analyst WBD Global Learning & Development is responsible for supporting, assessing, documenting, and implementing complex business strategy initiatives and will assist the team as well as key stakeholders across various tasks related to multiple applications and business processes including improving business processes and aligning key metrics.

　　Role Accountabilities:

　　OPERATIONS/PROJECT MANAGEMENT

　　Gather requirements from the client to support new functionality and changes to WBD Global Learning and Development applications and other People & Culture Systems.Transform business requirements into functional requirements and technical designs.Assist project team, key stakeholders, and management to prioritize business requirements and develop and maintain detailed project plans using standard tools.Manage Enhancements throughout the development lifecycle from estimating and planning, to design, testing and implementation.Perform required testing, Functional Acceptance Testing, User Acceptance Testing, adhere to required change management procedures, and train end users as appropriate.Responsible for triage and issue resolution, working with WBD Technology & Operations and Clients to determine root cause and implement corrections. Responsible for ticket management, SLA analysis and root cause analysis. Attend and present updates for weekly client ticket review meetings.Effectively assist in leading by influence and work in a matrix/cross functional (BU Champions) Assist management with special assignments, such as evaluating vendors, gathering/evaluating consultant proposals, or other responsibilities as requested.

　　STRATEGY

　　Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand team needs and dependencies to better align business processes.Assist in developing and executing a methodology to evaluate, prioritize and monitor the success of the business processes.Accurately and clearly articulate strategic issues and provide relevant, logical options for solving them.Create comprehensive and meaningful strategy presentations for senior executives.Ability to build a framework and drive development through dynamic business intelligence tools and dashboards for use in ongoing business planning and goal measurement through KPIs.

　　ANALYTICS

　　Develop comprehensive performance analysis of business processes and review ways of improvement.Actively participate in stakeholder meetings with the goal of understanding all major projects and initiatives planned

　　Qualifications & Experiences:

　　3+ years of prior experience in a related field (media, entertainment, business development or streaming services industry experience a plus)Knowledge of Learning campaigns and platforms, Time Entry to Payroll, Payroll Fringe, Financials Accounting processes for the filmed entertainment industry requiredUnderstanding of technical components required to support business processes, including effort estimates and resource oversight experienceExperience planning and implementing changes to existing process and live productive applicationsPractical experience with application of software development life cycle with industry standard best practice methodologiesExperience and knowledge of data security and best practices with SSO solutionsExperience with cloud technology such as AWS and AzureExperience with Workday preferredExperience with ERP and SaaS softwarePrior experience in Business Process Re-engineering effortsSuperior analytical and problem-solving skillsExpert user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to prepare all documents,presentations, graphs, briefings, and worksheetsA passion for accuracy and translating insights into a compelling narrative; able to maintain a balance between the details and the larger pictureCreative and resourceful approach to the business and an ability to think and deliver creative value-added solutions to clientsExcellent written and verbal communicationSuperb relationship building skillsWork collaboratively w/small teamsAbility to handle multiple assignments concurrently

　　Not Required but preferred experience:

　　MBA1+ years of post-MBA experience in a related field (entertainment or entertainment)Knowledge of and passion for media, entertainment, and technology industries (including key players, growth trends and drivers, new media models, industry structure, etc.)Familiarity with streaming and similar products/servicesExperience working in a national or global companySome visualization tool knowledge would be helpful (i.e. Tableau, Power BI)
