　　Analyst Program at Skillz: As a Senior Analyst, you will be a part of the Analytics professionals at Skillz, and you will work in domains such as Product or Marketing (UA). The two managers for those teams starting on January 8th, 2024 are Arun Jose Philip (Consumer Product) and Anurag Gupta (Marketing Analytics - Distribution). 

　　Design and execute A/B tests and statistical analysis to generate actionable insights.

　　Design, develop, and share reports and dashboards to accurately measure business on a day-to-day basis.

　　Communicate strategic recommendations to senior leaders and decision-makers.

　　Driving improvements to our processes and systems to enable the company to scale in an efficient manner.

　　Job Description: Drive highly visible strategic projects, collaborating cross-functionally to structure problems, understand opportunities, and develop solutions

　　Own key areas of the business from start to end, including execution and follow-through on strategic initiatives

　　Use storytelling skills to persuasively communicate your recommendations to senior executives and other stakeholders

　　Design, develop, and share reports and dashboards used by the entire company every day

　　Overall you will function as a data-driven decision maker and executor, and deliver recommendations to drive Skillz forward. As a proven contributor at Skillz, you will ultimately have the ability to focus your path to domains that interest you and where there is a need for action-oriented strategic thinkers.

　　Requirements: 3+ years professional work experience querying and large data sets, visualizing information, and informing company strategy.

　　High proficiency in SQL, Knowledge of Tableau, Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets, Exposure to Python (bonus) Experience in extracting actionable insights from deep-dive analysis

　　Able to work in-office 5 days a week in Bangalore, India

　　Ability to solve unstructured problems independently by developing and applying appropriate frameworks or techniques

　　Experience using data visualization platforms and connecting data insights to strategy

　　Inquisitive mindset with a major in analytics, marketing, business, economics, statistics, computer science, engineering, or mathematics preferred but not required

　　Self-starter with a 'don't take no for an answer' attitude and strong communication skills

　　Gaming Industry experience is required (active gaming engagement is a plus)
