Job Overview
The Product & Business Analyst assists the Product Management team in managing day-to-day product and business related requests, provide customer facing product content resources, provide data analytics and business intelligence support to assist product line and business reporting. This role has extensive opportunity to work closely with across functional teams globally covering AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
Responsibilities:
New Product Introduction (NPI) Setup and Maintenance Global cost extensionOptimize package configuration and set-up, ie MOQ, PPQ, etc.Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure high Product Digital Completeness on PDC for existing and new products
Sales enablement and interface for product information inquiresLearn and master use of CPR, Central Parts RegistryStandardize, update, maintain product training materials & selection guides based on PM input. Establish, consolidate, and maintain product knowledge profiles on SharePointGuide internal/external customers to product replacements and substitutionsAssist in managing requests for Product Management, RTS Request Tracking SystemIntelligence SupportAssist in data and reporting compilations for business review and reportingLearn and master use of Business Insights, Tableau, Power BI database. Assist to conduct business intelligence reports based on PM requirements
What your background should look like:
Bachelors Degree; Technical, Business, or equivalentFluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skillsCompetency in PowerPoint, Excel, hybris, SAP, skilled on Tableau or PowerBI.3~6 years of experience in a similar role, e.g. Business and product Support, sales & marketing Intelligence analysis, product consultant, etc.Strong problem-solving skills, driven for resultsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment
