  Job Responsibilities:

  Develops, implements and manages human resource program and workforce strategies and policies to best achieve the organization's objectives.

  Plans for and anticipates short and long-term human resource needs, following current trends.

  Drive the talent management process to identity, develop and build leadership pipeline for the key roles.

  Be a trusted advisor to leadership and translate business needs to HR priorities.

  Provide sound insights and guidance to leaders on organizational design and workforce trends.

  Keep inclusion and diversity at the forefront by developing high-impact practices that support business priorities.

  Provide guidance on employee behavior and resolves day-to-day employee relations issues and concerns.

  Develops and handles programs and initiatives that drive employee engagement and communication.

  Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.

  Qualifications:

  Graduate of any 4 year course

  Leadership and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

  Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality

  High customer service attitude

  MS Office and Workday proficient

  Strong numerical, written, and verbal communication and reasoning skills
