Overview

　　This role will design and coordinate the technical integration and Security compliance of the IT Commercial Platforms (i.e: SFA, Digital Sales, Perfect Store, etc.) and its transition to the integrated landscape with PGT and Analytics tools.

　　This role will own the E2E commercial flows following the DevSecOps model as follows: performs the analysis of business integration requirements and translates into an enterprise data design aligned with the Europe Enterprise Architect Director, ensure technical solutions are modeled following best practices and are performant and scalable, manages the technical resources within new implementation, continuous improvements and business as usual support, supports troubleshooting on technical integration and security issues, accountable and Responsible of the SAD document in new implementations, accountable for the Security Compliance Assessment, works closely with Global & Sector Technology teams to provide input into the standards, execute POC when needed and ensure leverage of Integration tools in alignment with Enterprise strategy.

　　Provides input into setting data model and integration pattern, standards and best practicesDevelops data model and integration pattern plan that maximizes re-usability and reduces redundancy. Makes sure the proposed integration pattern is scalable and affordable.Translates functional design into technical specifications and is able to supervise the team that develops code configuration.Helps to build and test solutions using the defined integration pattern.Creates documentation for all the designs related to data model and integration pattern.Reviews integration pattern designs in order to share best practices with the different product owner teams.Defines the best way to integrate data from multiple data/transnational sources into different target systemsHas a solid understanding of different component/tools required to deliver integrated systems and identifies the architecture required for the different initiatives managed making sure it is affordable, scalable and aligned with Global Enterprise Architecture patterns and approved tools.Utilizes Agile and DevSecOps framework to maximize customer value and ensure fast time to market without compromising quality

　　Qualifications

　　Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or minimum 5-7 years related business experienceExperience in working with Agile Methodology/DevSecOpsExperience managing offshore technical teams, able to deliver high quality productsProven results in implementing solutions to support E2E commercial requirements with high degree of collaborationDeep understanding of complex landscape management and integration principlesExperience working with remote/offshore teamsEager to learn new toolsExhibit a strong "can do", "will-do" attitude and strong sense of urgency in meeting deadlinesBe able to work with little supervision
