Overview

　　The Innovation Technology Lead (GenAI) will focus on Technology Innovations & Incubations. GenAI will be the key focus area for next 3 years. This person will lead creating the Innovation Roadmap for GenAI in alignment with functional & technology domain

　　Responsibilities

　　Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the latest AI technologies and trends in order to identify and develop innovative solutions.Research and development of the GenAI Platform, Prompts Management, Models Managements and GenAI Solution Development Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the GenAI technology landscapeResearch the integration of GenAI technologies with existing enterprise systems and processesDeveloping the best practises of the solution architectiure of the GenAI SolutionsCollaborate with the GenAI Sector teams to deliver the sector PrioritiesCoach & educate stakeholders through several initiatives like leading the external and internal conference, road shows etcWork with stakeholders to identify and prioritize GenAI technology initiativesDevelop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the business objectives and requirements for GenAI technologiesDevelop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the legal and regulatory requirements for GenAI technologiesDevelop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the security, data, user experience, performance , scalability, cost, privacy, ethical, risk management, testing , deployment requirements for GenAI technologies

　　Qualifications

　　He/She should have around 15 years or more experience in ITHe/She should be from a permier instute with Computer Science, Mathematical modelling, or research scientistExcellent Analytical Skills , Problem Solving Skills and Technical WritingExcellent knowledge of Critcal Thinking & System Thinking, imagination and out of box thinkingExpertise in AI and Machine Learning algorithms: The Generative AI technology lead should have a deep understanding of AI and ML algorithms and be able to apply them to solve complex problemsshould have strong programming skills and be able to develop algorithms and applications using languages such as Python, R, and Java.Expert in Generative AI Flexible to work in various time zonesshould have strong leadership skills and be able to lead a team of developers and engineers in the development of Generative AI solutions.should have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders and customers.
