　　Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the area of Manufacturing Execution System (MES- Camstar), ERP (JD Edwards, Oracle, SAP) and SQL queries.Serving as liaison between business process owners in Business Units, Functional Groups, Regions and IT. Support manufacturing operation and enable super-users (by training and performing knowledge transfer) to leverage IT systems for business process automation and optimization.Using expertise to drive digital transformation towards smart manufacturing initiatives. Design and implement solutions that improve business process efficiency and accuracy for manufacturing ecosystems. Lead efforts to reengineer, optimize and enhance business processes and systems by assessing business pain points.Developing and maintain system documentation, user training, technical and functional specification.Configuring and tests systems to execute features, integration, and reporting. Facilitate User Acceptance Test to ensure the deliverables met users' requirements. Partner with software quality department to support validation activities.Working with stakeholders in developing ROI based business cases for enhancements and projects.Supporting other manufacturing IT systems, Report and Operation dashboard.

　　Bachelor's Degree in related field with 6 years of experience or 4 years of experience if you have a Master's DegreePrior experience working in a Manufacturing environmentFlexibility to work in the office (Hybrid)Proficient in English
