Answers questions related to these policies.- Maintains a polite and professional approach when referring or resolving client questions, concerns, or issues; Ensures responses or referrals to client needs are handled in a timely, effective, and efficient manner.- Follows and maintains established administrative protocols regarding project set-up in respective systems to ensure contracts, and other project related documentation are well organized, labeled, and filed; Makes recommendations for process or policy improvement and ensures new policies related to these protocols are instituted and maintained.- Supports the preparation and administration of agreements, addendums, fee letters and confidentiality agreements as requested; In applicable situations, liaises with and proactively engages the legal contract review team to address concerns or issues.- Manages office, safety, and real estate related vendors effectively and appropriately to ensure office is well maintained and in compliance.- Understands, executes, and analyzes respective business unit needs related to ongoing and ad-hoc reporting, processing and administering paperwork and processes in accordance with prescribed guidelines and procedures, reacting and referring issues proactively as a result of issues, anomalies, or outliers in these tasks.Requirements:- Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills, including maintaining a friendly and courteous manner on the phone and in person.- Three years or more of experience in office supervisory role.- Intermediate understanding of accounting practices such as invoicing, billing, accounts receivables, accounts payable, and other project related accounting principles.- Strong communication skills and in-depth knowledge of company products and operations- HS Diploma or equivalent required.- Former word processing experience- Former project coordination experience- Former accounts payable/accounts receivable experience- Former Human Resources coordination experienceMove Forward with KleinfelderKleinfelder has been connecting great people to the best work since 1961.
