Delaware North is hiring an Executive Assistant to join our EVP and Chief Admin Officer's team at our Global Headquarters in Buffalo, New York. As an Executive Assistant, you will be working closely with executives, handling various tasks to streamline work and communications. As an individual contributor, you will provide personalized assistance, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication for Delaware North's CAO. Our Executive Assistant is responsponsible for managing schedules and correspondence, organizing meetings, and maintaining confidentiality. This role requires an individdual that is proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Pay
$23.56 - $31.20 / hour

Responsibilities
Complete daily tasks including answering phones and emails, screening callers, and managing documents
Provide basic administrative support which includes coordinating activities and meetings, preparing expense reports, processing invoices, and contacting team members
Perform routine clerical duties, such as reviewing mail, making copies, and mailing letters
Oversee vendor appointments, maintenance, and environmental upkeep for offices
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in an administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use, and operation of standard office equipment
Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite
High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Basic math skills
