Description

　　Robert Half has partnered with a thriving client on their search for a Senior Accounting Manager with public accounting expertise. This role will be responsible for developing financial growth strategies, maintaining the general ledger, managing the payroll process, assisting with tax activities, preparing financial statements, and coordinating the annual budget process. We are looking for a Senior Accounting Manager with solid tax compliance and reporting skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong understanding of GAAP standards, and the capacity to multi-task while meeting crucial deadlines.

　　What you get to work on daily

　　· Maintain SEC tax filings

　　· Submit tax journal entries into the general ledger

　　· Monitor and review financial statements

　　· Account Analysis

　　· Manage month-end/year-end audits

　　· Review internal controls

　　· Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures

　　· Assist with preparing taxes

　　· Maintain tax documentation

　　· Prepare tax memos

　　· Assist with external auditing process

　　· Ad hoc reporting

　　Requirements

　　The ideal Senior Accounting Manager will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

　　Other requirements for the Senior Accounting Manager role include and are not limited to:

　　· CPA a MUST

　　· 5+ years' experience in tax compliance and reporting

　　· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Advanced Excel

　　· Regulatory expertise a plus

　　· Proven knowledge of US GAAP
