Title: Senior Accountant

Location: San Francisco, CA

Salary: 120k-140k

About the Company: Company Overview: This hedge fund firm, headquartered in San Francisco, oversees around $5+ billion in assets. The firm caters to its founders and a select circle of external investors for fund management.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle fund accounting, light management company accounting, and tax work.

Review tax work done by Public Accounting Firms, in addition to performing fund accounting.

Act as a team player with a friendly/easy-going personality, willingness to take on all kinds of work, demonstrate collaboration, and adaptability.

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of Accounting experience, preferably directly from public auditing or tax roles with asset management clients, fund administration, or another asset management firm.

Hedge fund experience will be highly beneficial.

Tax experience is appreciated, but there is willingness to train in this area.

CPA is a significant plus.
