　　Digital Design Summer Internship

　　About the business unit

　　Join a world class mixed-signal design team, building the next generation of wireless ICs for consumer electronics products. Our team has all aspects of hardware, software, and system design, and is a great place to gain experience in IC development.

　　Position Summary

　　You will be responsible for pre- and post-silicon testing, data collection, characterization, and reporting. This will include developing test systems, scripting, debugging, and documentation. Expect to collaborate with other team members and review your findings regularly with the group.

　　Preferred Skills

　　Hands-on measurement and data collection with common lab equipment

　　Python programming for test automation and data collection

　　Simulation-based digital circuit verification with Verilog and System Verilog

　　Programming ability in C for in embedded processors

　　Self-learning, problem solving and verbal and written communication

　　Internship Details

　　The summer internship duration is 10-12 weeks. Candidates would expect to start in May or June 2024 and complete their internship in August or September 2024.

　　Candidates pursuing Bachelors, Masters, and PhD will all be considered for this position. Preference is for candidates to have at least two years of undergraduate studies prior to the start of the internship.

　　The typical pay range for an Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $26.00 - $47.50 per hour and for a Non-Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $22.50 - $42.00 per hour. Starting pay will depend on level of education, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S.
