We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as an Accountant in Heber City, UT. The chosen candidate must have a deep understanding of accounting principles and excellent data analysis skills. Responsibilities:

Manage all financial transactions including fixed assets, expenses, income, and payroll.

Update financial data in databases to ensure accurate information.

Track and monitor accounts receivable and payable.

Prepare and present financial statements in accordance with standard procedures.

Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and principles.

Assist with preparation of budget forecasts.

Identify financial discrepancies and resolve them promptly.

Use bookkeeping tools, like QuickBooks, proficiently.

Help with the calculation and filing of sales taxes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.

0-5 years of experience in accounting (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Proficiency in MS Excel.

Previous experience with QuickBooks is a must.

Knowledge of sales tax and commissions is preferred.

Excellent numeracy skills along with precision.

Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.

Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
