Job Description Summary
Dedicated to a client's duel-campus portfolio of multiple properties with numerous residential, retail and office tenants, this position's responsibilities include the thorough analysis and preparation of monthly financial statements, SOC1 monthly checklists and assisting with budget preparations. Must have a thorough knowledge of commercial leases and Yardi software. The candidate must be able to work independently to meet strict deadlines for multiple properties. Must be able to work efficiently with multiple property managers and other personnel.Job Description
Principal Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for the preparation of monthly reporting to clients, including accrual basis financial statements, variance explanations, and other supplemental information as required.Reviews and approves all lease abstractsPrepares monthly financial reporting packageReviews Bank Reconciliation report.Oversees accounting and analysis of Client portfolioResponsible for month end close of all cash management, expenses, and monthly accrualsReviews monthly work papers and performs analysis of balance sheet accountsWorks with auditors on external and internal audit requestsPerform analysis and create ad hoc reports as requested by management and clientWorks with Group Financial Manager and Property Managers in the preparation of the Annual Budget. The compensation for the position is: $95000

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $80,750.00 - $95,000.00
