JOB DESCRIPTION

　　Senior Accountant

　　Wilmington, DE

　　Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

　　Hybrid

　　This Senior Accountant position will be part of the Business Unit Finance team. This position will contribute heavily to the monthly close process, production of internally delivered financial statements and analysis and projects to drive efficiencies within the team and wider Finance Department.

　　Some of the things you will be doing:

　　Perform account reconciliations of different complexities and review some work of less experienced staff Focus on deferred revenue, pass-through costs, and non-employee expenses Key contributor to month end close Prepare internal facing reports for management Work with finance management to facilitate audits and other compliance needs Prepare journals to generate non-system generated revenue and associated cost of sales. Maintain controls/billing bases to ensure billing and revenue are in line with expectations. Monitor impact of FX. Establish and maintain appropriate financial process routines and internal controls to ensure the accuracy of financial results and improve operational efficiency. What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

　　4-7 years of professional accounting experience Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Month end process experience preferred. Ability to work independently and understand financial concepts and impacts of entries and reconciliations performed. Knowledge of IFRS a plus Ability to communicate effectively with management and business leaders. Excellent Excel skills Experience reconciling large amounts of data a plus Experience with Oracle EBS a plus Experience with Oracle EPM a plus CPA a plus#LI-AM1
