Kforce has a client in need of a Senior Accountant in Carlisle, PA.Key Responsibilities:

　　Senior Accountant will review ledger activity and identify trends

　　Analyze productivity and implement processes to improve process

　　Perform Risk & Controls departmental assessments and assist with regulatory examination

　　Manage close processes and review journal entries

　　Perform forecasts, variance, and trend analysis

　　Drive end-to end mapping and provide quality assurance of newly introduced systems and processes

　　As a Senior Accountant, you will oversee the development and compliance with accounting principles, practices, and procedures

　　Ensure all accounting activities comply with Service Level agreements, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and other corporate, industry, and accounting guidelines

　　Partner with offshore team to ensure completion of projects

　　Bachelor's degree; Accounting degree is preferred

　　5 years of relevant experience in accounting and analysis in corporate or public accounting

　　Functional and project experience

　　Experience with Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies

　　Extensive knowledge of the Ahold Delhaize USA GAAP processes and General Ledger applications

　　Strong Excel skills

　　Strong communication and presentation skills

　　Experience with SAP a plus

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
