　　Description:

　　Assist with financial analysis of midstream terminal locations, including inventory, margin and operating expenses

　　Research accounting variances, disputes and complex transactions

　　Assist with purchase accounting and integration efforts on mergers and acquisitions

　　Prepare intermediate to high level/technical journal entries to general ledger accounts

　　Assist management with ad hoc projects and process improvements

　　Ensure compliance with SOX controls

　　Apply the financial policies and procedures of the organization and inform management of inconsistencies and problems.

　　Skills:

　　5-8 years of accounting experience

　　Experience with analysis, fluctuation analysis in accounting is a good skill to have

　　Inventory experience (specifically inventory reconciliations a plus)

　　General ledger experience: balance sheet recons, journal entries, variance analysis
