Provides typing and record-keeping assistance to ensure that security procedures and requirements are followed.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions)
Responsible for maintaining visitor control records including badge check-in and check-out procedures *
May request, submit, and safeguard clearance applications for new employees.
Responsible for entering visitor requests into DISS.
Responsible for maintaining document and property control *
Sets up and maintains security files and/or files containing security sensitive information *
Responsible for the duplication and/or destruction of security sensitive information *
May include complex clerical duties or receptionist responsibilities.

Required SkillsRequired Experience
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two years of related experience
Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance within 6 months of hire date; U.S. Citizenship required
Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of spreadsheet and database programs
Working knowledge of JPAS; SPOT; ITAR: eFCL; ISFD; SWFT; SIM (or similar security database)
TS/SCI security clearance
