Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition Projects
We are looking for a passionate individual to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team to be a part of exciting projects for a period of 1 year!
Requirements:
Be a graduate in Management/ Human Resources available to work fulltime .
Have 1-2 years experience in Human Resources, specifically in recruitment.
Have excellent communication, network & inter-personal skills.
Handle end-to-end recruitment operations from crafting the job description, scheduling interviews and coordinating offers.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify recruitment needs and facilitate hiring.
Handle end-to-end onboarding & induction sessions for all new joiners to ensure a smooth onboarding.
Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates to build and maintain potential talent for key positions.
Work on recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn & Workday to identify potential talent.
Act as the single point of contact for candidates to clarify concerns related to the job.
