As a Security Officer - Real Estate Patrol in Santa Clara, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

As a Patrol Officer in the commercial real estate sector, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling designated areas to help maintain a secure environment. Your presence will help to deter potential security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service. You will conduct routine patrols and remain visible, interacting with individuals in a professional manner. Responsibilities:

Provide customer service by implementing security procedures and site-specific policies, and engage in emergency response activities when necessary.

Respond to incidents and critical situations with a calm and problem-solving approach.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions at different locations.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess at least 1 year of security experience.

CA Security Professional Guard Card required.

State, County, or City Issued Security License is preferred.

Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.

Customer Service Experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
