About the Role
You will be responsible for guiding and directing the Our House MentalHealth program using a
trauma- and poverty-informed, two-generation approach. Our Mental Healthprogram is
designed to be low-barrier, flexible, creative, and supportive of OurHouses larger mission to
empower people to overcome homelessness in a lasting and permanent way.
What Youll Do
? Lead Our House mental health programs, including adult, child, andfamily mental health
services, built on best practices in the field, innovation, and sharingof resources
? Supervise and grow a high-performing mental health team to accomplishorganizational
goals and meet the staffing needs of our campus expansion
? Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to Our Housesmental health
program operation and client case management
? Ensure data quality and accuracy, confidentiality and organization ofclient files, and
comprehensive outcomes tracking
? Supervise the social work internship program, including coordinationwith academic
social work programs on recruitment, placement, supervision, and reviews
? Ensure compliance with requirements of regulatory agencies and fundersof mental
health programs, including service provision, reporting, data entry,file maintenance
? Maintain and build partnerships with outside agencies to improve themental health and
physical health of our adult and children clients
? Oversee partnerships with partners who provide on-campus services toclients: primary
healthcare clinics, behavioral health outreach, recovery supportservices
? Provide professional leadership and coordination with social workerson the Our House
team. Lead weekly staffing sessions and foster cross-program integrationof services
? Provide therapy and interventions across campus with the support ofthe Mental Health
team, including individual therapy, group therapy, and mental healthevaluations

? Assist Our House program staff in helping families and individualscoordinate their
behavioral and primary health care, and be the keeper of knowledge ofthese resources
? Provide support in crisis management and conflict resolution includingsupport to team
members in de-escalation and emergency response
? Develop training resources related to mental health for the Our Houseteam
? Maintain licensure and all required continuing education
? Actively engage and energize Our House staff members, volunteers,partnering
organizations, donors, and grant funders at Our House
? Conduct other duties as assigned to fulfill Our Houses mission
What Youll Bring
? LCSW or parallel credential from other therapeutic fields preferred
? Experience working with individuals, families, and children inpoverty, distress, and/or
homelessness and near-h omelessness
? Strong administrative skills, including experience supervising a teamand overseeing
program development to achieve measurable outcomes
? Excellent customer service skills, patience, and conflict-resolution
? Comfortable speaking in front of small groups
? Unwavering commitment to quality programs and data-driven programevaluation
? Strong written and verbal communication skills; a persuasive andpassionate
communicator with excellent interpersonal and multi-disciplinary projectskills
? Proficiency in basic word processing, Excel, Google Workspace, anddata entry
? Action-oriented, entrepreneurial, adaptable, and innovativepersonality
? Ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse groups ofpeople
