　　 What's the role?

　　We are looking for a passionate Security Education and Training Lead who will play a key role in establishing security trainings and accountable for our large-scale security training initiatives such as Transform Security Culture and information security. The Security Awareness and Training team builds and facilitates training and awareness content to support the Information Protection Program, including phishing Simulations, Secure Engineer Training for NM developers. Cybersecurity Training Modules covering wide range of topics (Phishing, Social Engineering, Cyber Fraud, etc.), handle, monitor, & maintain various platforms promoting Cybersecurity Awareness.

　　 Primary duties and responsibilities:

　　Leading transform security culture projects, coaching, and mentoring team of Security, Education and Training team staff members Developing action plans to support departmental and corporate strategy. Designing and developing security related training to the entire enterprise (Home Office and Field) Partner with subject matter experts and identify target audience's training needs Consulting and advising on large, complex, and ambiguous efforts on the appropriate information protection controls to align with information protection policies and standards. Providing domain expertise for the information risk management program: information protection awareness and training program. Accountable for leading, coaching, and mentoring other staff members on aspects of the information risk management program and specific processes to ensure consistency, quality and efficiency of work

　　Bachelor's degree or advanced education in information systems or related field; or related work experience beyond the minimum required Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and mentor other staff members Strong ability to independently identify and resolve critical and complex issues through effective problem-solving skills Strong ability to maintain and strengthen relationships; ability to effectively influence and negotiate with internal and external partners

　　 Experience with the following a plus:

　　Proven track record in instructional design and with instructional technology Experience using Articulate Suite (Storyline and Rise authoring tool) and experience with Camtasia and Vyond. Experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite Audio-editing would be a plus Premier Pro or Rush video capabilities Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and Audition
